This Yin yoga series will help you open your hips, release tension from your back and shoulders, lengthen your hamstrings and improve your overall flexibility. It will also help you to de-stress and feel more relaxed, grounded and focused. This series is perfect for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. Each video session can be done either individually or in full, as it's intended to work as a series.

  • Gentle Backbody Opener

    Ease your body into a deep state of relaxation as you gently open your shoulders, back, hips and hamstrings in this 30 minute session. This can be done individually or as the first of 4 sessions in the series.

  • Low Back, Hips & Hamstrings Release

    Unlock your back and deeply yet easily release your hips and hamstrings in this stress reduction and calm Yin yoga session. This can be done individually or as the second of 4 sessions in the series.

  • Liberated Chest, Groin & Glutes

    Free your front body from a tech based lifestyle and notice how your body unties itself from tension along with improved mental clarity. This can be done individually or as the third of 4 sessions in the series.

  • Full Body Unwind & De-Stress

    Profoundly and gently release your entire body in this short 30 minute session. Unwind tightness in the back, hips and hamstrings and feel a sense of freedom of movement the rest of the day. This can be done individually or as the last of 4 sessions in the series.
