The focus of this Restorative Yoga session is: "gentle". Trevor will show you how going gently restores flexibility and mobility. He suggests you to use as many props as you can: blankets, pillows and yoga blocks to ease the body gently into the poses, allowing the nervous system to relax.
This session's focus is: breathing. How to breath and make the most of your exercises? In this 45-minute class, Trevor will be showing you how to use the breath to enhance your movements. All you need is a mat.
