The focus of this Restorative Yoga session is: "gentle". Trevor will show you how going gently restores flexibility and mobility. He suggests you to use as many props as you can: blankets, pillows and yoga blocks to ease the body gently into the poses, allowing the nervous system to relax.
This session with Trevor is all about improving our posture. All you need is a mat and a towel or a rolled blanket to support your head.
