Join Trevor for this gentle 60-minuteBeginner Vinyasa. The session focuses on longer-held poses to deepen your stretches and warm up your whole body.
Move at your own pace in this Beginner Vinyasa session. Trevor's method will be much gentler than a regular Vinyasa, breaking the poses down and moving a little slower during the flow.
All you need is your mat and yourself! Trevor will be taking you through a nice and gentle 60-minute vinyasa flow, where you will be focusing on some beginner version of the poses.
