So what is a Live streamed class like?

-The class is live with the Silver Linings Expert guiding you every step of the way!

-You can see your instructor but they cannot see you nor can your fellow members….you are completely private! (this is not like zoom, its more like a live TV broadcast!)

-We have ensured that our visuals and audio are the as clear as possible so you get all the alignment and movement information you need to move safely and keep being challenged appropriately.

-We edit our classes afterwards so you can always find them in the on demand library and keep challenging yourself to try the more complex chorography and see your self getting stronger every time!
