Jennifer began dancing at the age of 5 and has continued to dance all her life spending many years on pointe. She has a true love for movement and her competitive spirit pushes her to set challenges for herself, always improve and never give up. Her aim is to bring her clients along with her, encouraging them to push their individual limits and achieve their personal goals.
Since having her two children, she has regained and strengthened her body and mind with her commitment to movement and dedication to self-care.

She prides herself on kindness and non-judgement of others and if you’re in her class, she’s on your side – always offering the right level of challenge and opportunity for refinement.
