We are excited to help you get your mind and body ready for your upcoming special occasion with our Event Ready Challenge. Give us less than a few hours of your time each week to perfect your posture, sweat and tone, as well as, calm your muscles and mind. Just 4 sessions a week over 4 weeks and all you need is a mat!

  • Summer Body 1 - Event Ready Challenge

    This session is one of two special 'summer ready' barre sessions shot at the Silver Linings retreat home in the Bahamas. It is fast moving and fun and your will tighten and tone every little part of your body whilst enjoying a little escapism!

  • HIIT Fun - Event Ready Challenge

    Be ready to have fun and get sweaty with Ross and his intense HIIT workout, designed to target every muscle of your body! No equipment needed.

  • Lengthen & Strengthen - Event Ready Challenge

    In this 45-minute session, Trevor's focus will be ankles, shoulder, knees, hips and these little joints that run up and down your spine. All you need is a mat and a wall or chair to support you in the standing poses towards the end of the session.

  • Soothe & Ease Your Mind - Event Ready Challenge

    Join Catherine for this soothing meditation session, and let her guide you through a journey of relaxation for both your mind and body.

  • Dynamic Full Barre Body - Event Ready Challenge

    Join Chrissy for this 45-minute dynamic "Barre with no barre". For this session, you will need a mat, and a wall or a solid door frame for support. There will be some challenging movements, so get ready to take your workout to the next level!

  • Full Body Burn - Event Ready Challenge

    A very intense (and sweaty) class, perfect if you want to have fun while getting a great full-body workout! All you need is a mat.

  • Hip Opening Flow - Event Ready Challenge

    In this session, Vanessa will be guiding you through a Vinyasa flow designed to release tension from your back and hamstrings. You need a mat, and a block might be helpful in some of the standing poses.

  • Sit & Let Go - Event Ready Challenge

    Our Expert Catherine will guide you through a 30-minute Meditation session, focused on calming your mind and restore your body.

  • Longs Legs & Lifted Seat - Event Ready Challenge

    Get stronger with Chrissy, who is here to guide you through a 45-minute Barre work. Today's sessions focuses on lower body. All you need is a mat and a sturdy chair.

    Join our Expert Ross for this fun and challenging Core session, which will show you how to make the most of your abdominal workout!
