This session is one of two special 'summer ready' barre sessions shot at the Silver Linings retreat home in the Bahamas. It is fast moving and fun and your will tighten and tone every little part of your body whilst enjoying a little escapism!
This class is designed to work and elongate the muscles and leave you feeling taller and brighter. You will need a mat and a towel. This is class is designed for all levels. Enjoy!
