  • How to prepare your space

    Silver Linings Founder and Director Chrissy explains how to make the most of your workout by preparing your space at Home.

  • Day 1 - Core, Ross

    Join Ross for this challenging 30-minute Core session, with a 360 degrees focus on your front, side and back abdominal muscles! No special equipment needed.

  • Day 2 - Beginner Vinyasa Yoga, Trevor

    Move at your own pace in this Beginner Vinyasa session. Trevor's method will be much gentler than a regular Vinyasa, breaking the poses down and moving a little slower during the flow. Equipment needed: a mat and a brick.

  • Day 3 - Meditation, Lunchtime breather, Catherine

    Take a much needed screen/desk break with this eyes open meditation which can be done anywhere.

  • Day 4 - Beginner & Pre/Post Natal Barre, Jennifer

    Barre is fantastic to work your body all over! If you're new to this discipline, join Jennifer for this 45-minute session, also suitable if you are pre or post natal. It will completely transform your body! Equipment needed: a mat or a towel and a chair or a sturdy piece of furniture.

  • Day 5 - Pilates, Trevor

    This session's focus is: breathing. How to breath and make the most of your exercises? In this 45-minute class, Trevor will be showing you how to use the breath to enhance your movements. All you need is a mat.

  • Day 6 - Beginner Vinyasa Yoga, Trevor

    All you need is your mat and yourself! Trevor will be taking you through a nice and gentle 60-minute vinyasa flow, where you will be focusing on some beginner version of the poses. Equipment needed: a mat and a brick.

  • Day 7 - Stretch, Chrissy

    Work through 30 minutes of stretching with our Expert and Founder Chrissy.     Join Trevor for this 45-minute Pilates session, designed to re-energise your whole body and stimulate your circulation through flowing movements.

  • Day 10 - Beginner Vinyasa Yoga, Trevor

    Join Trevor for this gentle 60-minute Beginner Vinyasa. The session focuses on longer-held poses to deepen your stretches and warm up your whole body. Equipment needed: a mat and a brick.

    Fire up your abs with Edward and his 30-minute Core session! All you need is a mat.

  • Day 13 - Beginner & Pre/Post Natal Barre, Jennifer

    This is the right place to start if you are new to Barre, if you are pre/post natal... or if you simply feel like working out but taking things slowly. Join Jennifer on the mat, you'll also need a chair or a sturdy piece of furniture for stability during the standing poses.

    In this practice we stretch our lower back with long held positions including twists and forward folds.
